Keith Collette has always been extremely prompt, professional, and ready to help whenever we've had heating and air issues. In the service industry these things seem to be less and less prevalent, so it was very refreshing to be able to do business with a company that took pride in their work and their interactions with customers. We've had to use them several times at both our business and our home, and each time has been an extremely positive experience. They come strongly recommended from someone who is very particular about who I work with due to the fact the most service industries these days treat you like a nuisance rather than a customer. Not so with Keith. Highly recommended.

Keith has always been extremely helpful and professional the many times we've needed his services. He's always willing to help and will go out of his way to make sure you have a good experience. This type of customer service is becoming more and more lacking in today's business landscape, and it's very refreshing to be able to call someone when you're having a problem and not worry if it's going to be done correctly or fairly. Service is always extremely prompt and we are very glad to have found Keith whenever we need assistance with our HVAC equipment. Highly recommended.

Thanks Keith, for replacing our old worn out unit with a new Goodman 15 SEER package unit. It's running great and I can control the temperature from my iPad thanks to the Honeywell wifi thermostat.
